Account Deletion Policy
How to delete your Pingora account and what happens to your data and balances.
How to delete
Go to Settings and choose Delete account. You’ll be asked to confirm.
What is removed
Your profile, photos, likes, matches and messages.
What is kept
Payment, coin and withdrawal records, for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Balances and passes
Deleting your account ends any active Pro pass and removes any coin balance. This is not refunded. Request any eligible withdrawal before you delete.

We may remove accounts that break our Terms or Community Guidelines.
