Account & registration

• Who can join? Adults aged 18 or older.
• How do I sign up? With Google, or with an email and password.
• Can I delete my account? Yes, in Settings. Deletion is permanent.

Matching & messaging

• How do matches work? When you both like each other, you match and the chat opens.
• Can I message someone before we match? Pro members get a few free messages per person. After that, or without Pro, each message uses one message credit bought with coins.
• Are messages after a match free? Yes.

Pro membership

• Does Pro renew automatically? No. Each pass lasts a fixed time and you buy another one only if you want to.
• What happens if I buy while Pro is active? The new time is added on top of your current expiry.

Coins & payments

• What can I buy with coins? Message credits and virtual gifts.
• Can purchased coins be refunded or withdrawn? No. See the Refund Policy and the Coin & Wallet Policy.

Referrals & rewards

• How do referrals work? Share your code. When a new member joins with it and completes an active profile, you get Referral coins.
• Can I withdraw referral coins? Only when Pingora has enabled it for your account or plan.

Gifts & withdrawals

• What happens when I receive a gift? You get Earned coins, which can be withdrawn.
• What is the withdrawal rate? 100 eligible coins = $1.00, with a minimum amount.

Privacy & safety

• Who sees my birth date? Nobody. Only your age is shown.
• How do I report someone? Use Report on their profile or in the chat. Our team reviews every report.
