Purchased coins

• Bought through Dodo Payments.
• Used for message credits and virtual gifts.
• Can’t be withdrawn, transferred or refunded.

Referral coins

• Earned through the referral program.
• Used for message credits and gifts.
• Withdrawable only when Pingora enables it for your account or plan.

Earned coins

• Received from virtual gifts other members send you.
• Can be withdrawn under the Withdrawal Policy.
• Can’t be spent on messages or gifts.

Spending order

Purchased coins are spent first, then Referral coins.

We may freeze a wallet while we look into suspected fraud, and correct balances caused by errors or abuse.
