How Pingora collects, uses, stores and protects your personal information.
Last updated: 31 October 2026. Pingora is responsible for your data on Pingora.
Information we collect
- Account details: name, email address and sign-in provider.
- Profile details: photos, birth date (to confirm you are 18+), gender, interests, city and bio.
- Activity: likes, matches, messages, reports, gifts, coin activity and approximate last activity.
- Payments: order records from Dodo Payments. We never see or store your full card details.
- Withdrawals: the payout name and account you provide.
How we use it
To run your account, show your profile to other members, match and deliver messages, process payments and withdrawals, keep the community safe and meet legal duties.
Google sign-in
If you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and Google account ID. We don’t get your Google password.
Payments
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which handles card data under its own security standards and privacy policy.
Storage
Your data is stored with our cloud hosting provider. Photos are kept in private storage and shown through short-lived links.
Messages
Messages are visible to the people in the conversation. Our team may review messages in a conversation that has been reported.
Location
We use the city you enter, never your precise GPS location.
Sharing
We don’t sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us run Pingora (hosting, payments, email) or when the law requires.
Retention
We keep your data while your account is open. When you delete your account, your profile, photos and messages are removed. Payment and withdrawal records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Your rights
You can view and edit your profile, download what you see in the app, hide your profile or delete your account. Contact us to ask about anything else.
Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls and private storage. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password.
Children
Pingora is only for adults 18+. We delete accounts we believe belong to minors.
