Terms of Service

Last updated: 31 October 2026. These terms are an agreement between you and Pingora (“Pingora”, “we”).

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Pingora you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Community Guidelines.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. You may not use Pingora if you were previously removed from it.

3. Your account

• Give accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One personal account per person.

4. Your responsibilities and profile

Your profile must show you, use your real age and follow our Community Guidelines. We may review, hide or remove photos and profiles.

5. Matching and messaging

Chat opens fully after a mutual match. Messages before a match are limited and may require Pro or message credits. Do not use messages for spam, harassment or solicitation.

6. AI demo profiles

Pingora may show profiles generated by AI to illustrate how the platform looks. These are always labelled “AI Demo”, are fictional and cannot be liked, messaged or matched.

7. Pro membership

Pro is a one-time pass for a fixed period. It does not renew automatically. A pass bought while Pro is active extends your expiry. Prices are shown before payment.

8. Coins

• Purchased coins have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred or refunded once delivered.
• Referral coins are a reward and are withdrawable only when we enable it for your account or plan.
• Earned coins come from virtual gifts and may be withdrawn under the Withdrawal Policy.
• We may correct balances that result from errors, fraud or abuse.

9. Referral program

Rewards are paid only for genuine new members who complete an active profile. Self-referrals, fake accounts and other abuse void rewards.

10. Virtual gifts

Gifts are digital items with no physical value. A sent gift cannot be undone.

11. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are reviewed and paid manually at 100 eligible coins = $1.00, above the minimum amount. We may request identity verification and may refuse withdrawals linked to fraud or rule breaks.

12. Prohibited activities

Harassment, hate, nudity, scams, requests for money, impersonation, underage use, automated access, spam and attempts to bypass limits or security.

13. Suspension and termination

We may restrict, suspend or remove accounts that break these Terms. You may delete your account at any time in Settings. Deleting your account does not create a right to a refund.

14. Intellectual property

Pingora’s name, design and software belong to us. You keep ownership of your content and give us a licence to display it on Pingora so the service works.

15. Limitation of liability

Pingora is provided “as is”. We don’t run background checks and aren’t responsible for members’ behaviour on or off the platform. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms. We’ll show the new date here and, for important changes, tell you in the app.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes go to the courts of India, unless the law of your country says otherwise.
